Our support is delivered by trained engineers by telephone, remote access and on site. Support is available on a 24/7 basis.
Our Network Operations Centre ( NOC ) is manned 24/7 and has over 400 engineers. We monitor our clients systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and react to your problems before you even know they exist!

OCM provide our clients with as many ways to pay us as possible!
Support can be purchased on monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
Solutions can be purchased by outright purchase, lease or on a rental basis.
Software as a service ( SaaS ) allows our clients to implement a solution quickly without any upfront costs. Simply pay a fee per user and never have to pay for upgrades or support again.
Hardware as a service ( HaaS ) solutions are available where we supply the hardware such as a server and you just pay a rental. If you grow and need more horsepower we will just upgrade you. Utilise your own software or we can supply that too.
