OCM can replicate your mail server in real time within our data centre. In the event of a mail server failure our systems can continue to provide access to your mail in real time. The service enables 28 days of inbound and outbound e-mail to be available from secure, mirrored data centers to end users via our security portal.

The portal allows users to send and receive e-mail from any browser worldwide, ensuring important e-mail communications are not lost during failure.

A core element of this solution is the Archiving capability which enables organizations to securely capture and store all inbound, outbound and internal e-mail traffic in real-time. Once captured, these e-mails are stored in duplicate in geographically disparate data centers, thus protecting data against physical loss or corruption.

This service is based upon a per user annual cost.
